Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Experience in human services or case management preferred.
• Familiarity with an office environment and automated systems is desired.

Responsibilities

• Initiates location procedures for addresses, employment, and assets.
• Obtains information required to establish the order.
• Interviews customers regarding support recipients and payers.
• Accesses state systems and online resources for case data.
• Prepares legal/administrative documents for review.
• Identifies remedies for enforcement of orders.
• Maintains confidentiality and security of case data.
• Regular and timely attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
