Job summary
The Florida Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist (Operations Analyst II) to support the team in Tallahassee. The role focuses on reviewing information, solving problems, and providing guidance to colleagues through QA tasks and case reviews.
You will engage in collaborative monitoring, complete special projects, initiate and respond to requests, and analyze data to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- One year of experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing others.
- One year of experience performing quality reviews to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Two years of Child Support Program experience interacting with customers via chat or contact center phone system.
- Two years of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions.
- Two years of experience in effective communication through a variety of methods (report writing, public speaking, presentations) to a diverse internal and external audience.
