Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of eight operational staff.
• Serve as administrator, coach, and trainer for team members.
• Collaborate with the Service Center Manager to develop, implement and monitor plans.
• Assess resource needs and reallocate resources to maximize productivity.
• Analyze business requirements to identify gaps and provide solutions.
