The Child Support Case Processing Analyst performs customer support for child support cases within the Florida Department of Revenue's Child Support Program. Key qualifications

• Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program as a Revenue Specialist II
• Did not accept a lateral transfer within the last 12 months (excluding hardship lateral transfers)
• Strong customer support and case management skills
• Ability to research, analyze case data, and make decisions based on documentation
• Proficiency in coordinating with internal and external partners and business stakeholders
