Job summary

The Florida Department of Revenue’s Child Support Program is seeking an internal candidate for the position of Child Support Case Processing Analyst in West Palm Beach. Qualifications

• Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program as a Revenue Specialist II.
• Have not accepted a lateral transfer within the last 12 months (excluding hardship lateral transfers).

Responsibilities

• Initiating and responding to requests
• Coordinating with internal and external partners
• Researching and resolving case issues
• Gathering information and analyzing case data to determine next steps
• Assisting customers
• Interacting with legal services providers, other states, employers, and other business partners
• Making decisions based on case information and provided documentation
