Key qualifications:

• Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program as a Revenue Specialist II
• Did not accept a lateral transfer within the last 12 months (excluding hardship lateral transfers)
• Experience handling, reading and understanding court documents preferred
• Demonstrable experience making independent decisions on time sensitive projects with minimal supervision
• Strong customer support and problem-solving skills
