Qualifications

• Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program as a Revenue Specialist II
• Did not accept a lateral transfer within the last 12 months (excluding hardship lateral transfers)
• Strong customer support and problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze case data and make decisions based on documentation
• Willingness to travel for court attendance and work standard business hours (8am-5pm, Monday-Friday)
