Responsibilities

• Participate in process projects and other initiatives, ensuring comprehensive and accurate performance and data analysis for data-based decision making.
• Collaborate with others to improve information sharing and streamline coordination across multiple processes related to the genetic testing process.
• Maintain open communication and build positive working relationships to solve problems and make decisions.
• Compile and analyze data, determine effectiveness and recommend next appropriate action.
• Conduct monitoring activities, review operational transactions and performance information, and write reports.
