This position serves as a project and performance analyst within the Florida Department of Revenue's Child Support Program, supporting operational activities, strategic initiatives, and process improvements. The analyst will compile and analyze data, participate in process projects, collaborate across departments, conduct monitoring activities, and write reports to support case and order establishment operations. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.

Key qualifications:

• One year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• One year of experience facilitating meetings and/or coordinating projects with deadlines
• One year of experience writing and revising documents
• One year of experience communicating with customers to resolve issues or concerns
• Preference for one year of experience using Microsoft Excel to compile, analyze, and review data with spreadsheets, pivot tables, and charts
