• Obtains and processes information to establish orders.
• Conducts interviews with customers receiving and paying support.
• Answers phones and assists customers with requests.
• Prepares legal and administrative documents for review.
• Attends court with assigned attorney and assists in resolution.
• Maintains confidentiality and security of case information.
• Maintains regular and timely attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
