Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee work of the team of case specialists.
• Set team goals in collaboration with Project Manager.
• Evaluate team performance and identify training needs.
• Resolve customer complaints and implement solutions.
• Conduct quality control reviews and maintain a positive relationship with State personnel.
