Job summary

The Florida Department of Revenue seeks a Child Support Case Processing Analyst to support court proceedings and manage complex case data in Tallahassee. This role emphasizes customer support and collaboration with internal and external partners.

The position requires attending Court, gathering case information, and resolving issues to determine next steps. Telework is possible after training, with standard hours 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program as a Revenue Specialist II.
• Have not accepted a lateral transfer within the last 12 months (excluding hardship lateral transfers).

Responsibilities

• Initiating and responding to requests

• Gathering information and analyzing case data to determine next steps

• Preparing for and attending Court
