Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in investigative or Trust & Safety analytics.
• Knowledge of child safety policies or legislation.
• Experience with reviewing sensitive content and removal workflows.
• Ability to analyze information to assess threats and risks.
• Ability to make independent decisions in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, adaptable to stakeholders.
• Experience working in a high-tempo environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate risk, threats, and user safety in time-critical escalations.
• Operate with sensitive content including child safety material.
• Support quality and tooling enhancements across CST workflows.
• Conduct deep dives, RCAs, and brief leadership for timely resolutions.
• Collaborate across stakeholders and enforcement processes in T&S ecosystem.
• Develop and test enforcement mechanisms for scaled operations.
• Review escalations from users and Law Enforcement.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure user safety.
• Available for weekend work on rotating or regular Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu schedules.
