Qualifications

3+ years in trust & safety, public policy, tech policy, content moderation, platform integrity, or related field.
Experience developing, interpreting, or operationalizing policies related to online safety or platform enforcement.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and influence across Product, Legal, Communications, and Operations.
Advanced degree preferred for specialized policy work.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and evolve global Trust & Safety policies related to Account Integrity.
Assess policy and safety risks for new products and balance safety with business objectives.
Partner with Product, Legal, Public Policy, Communications, Operations, and Enforcement teams to design policy solutions.
Translate abuse trends and insights into clear policy guidance and enforcement frameworks.
Drive scalable enforcement approaches, including automation and human review for accuracy.
Lead large cross-functional projects from scoping to delivery with clear decisions.
Communicate policy rationale to leadership, regional teams, and cross-functional partners.
Monitor evolving risk landscape and identify gaps and threats.
