Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize content safety policies and enforcement frameworks.
• Investigate policy‑violating content, risky behaviors, and emerging risks; propose scalable safety solutions.
• Design and improve content safety strategies for content, accounts, and related activities.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Algorithm, Moderation, Operations, Legal, and Policy teams to translate policies into guidelines.
• Monitor safety performance using data and feedback; establish measurement frameworks.
• Improve consistency and efficiency across human review and automated enforcement.
• Lead or support high‑priority safety initiatives and risk mitigation projects.
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory developments to strengthen safety policies.
