• Develop and execute an enterprise technology, data and AI roadmap aligned with the strategic plan.
• Lead substantial AI initiatives from opportunity assessment through deployment and sustained use across functions.
• Translate operational needs into analytics, dashboards, automation and AI-enabled workflows.
• Build and grow the IT, CRM and Data Analytics teams and manage vendor partnerships.
