World Food Program USA seeks a visionary Vice President of Technology, Innovation and AI to transform how technology supports the mission to end hunger. You will lead IT, CRM and Data Analytics teams, align initiatives with the strategic plan and secure reliable data for decision-making and donor engagement.

You will drive enterprise architecture, AI adoption and change management, partnering with leaders to deliver measurable ROI while guiding executives and the Board on progress and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience required.
• Master’s degree in information systems, technology management, computer science or related field preferred.
• At least 15 years of progressively responsible professional experience, including eight years in people management.
• Experience leading enterprise technology strategy, budgets, vendors and team development.
• Proven leadership of substantial AI implementations moving into regular business use.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute enterprise technology, data and AI roadmaps aligned with the strategic plan.
• Lead AI initiatives from opportunity assessment through deployment and adoption.
• Guide data integration, governance and analytics to support donor engagement and performance metrics.
• Oversee budgets, vendor portfolios and technology governance across IT, CRM and Data Analytics.
• Partner with executives to translate business needs into scalable, maintainable technology solutions.
