Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology leadership across IT operations, systems leadership, and product/engineering delivery.
• Experience building technology strategy across internal infrastructure and externally facing products with AI exposure.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own UpGlo’s technology strategy and AI infrastructure to support internal operations and external products.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to deliver scalable, reliable jobseeker and partner experiences.
• Define governance for responsible AI, data privacy, security controls, and bias considerations.
