Job summary

TDS seeks a visionary Vice President - AI, Data & Analytics to lead an enterprise-wide transformation in AI, data, analytics, BI, and governance. You will partner with the CIO and senior leaders to define strategy, build capabilities, and deliver measurable business impact across the organization.

Reporting to the CIO, this executive will guide teams across AI, data engineering, analytics, and data science, with responsibility for governance, privacy, security, and compliance, while aligning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) or 4+ years professional work experience.
• 15+ years' experience of progressive technology, data, analytics, AI, or digital leadership, including significant experience leading enterprise-scale AI, data, and analytics functions.

Responsibilities

• AI, Data & Analytics Strategy: develop and execute the enterprise AI, data, analytics, and governance strategy, including systems, platforms, roadmaps, investments, and operating models.
• Business Partnership: partner with other leaders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-value AI and data solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, financial performance, and strategic outcomes.
• Delivery and Adoption: lead acquisition, development and enterprise-wide adoption of AI, data management and business analytics with governance, privacy, security, and compliance.
• Training, Execution & Value Realization: enable enterprise AI and data capabilities, drive adoption through training and best practices, and measure business impact through governance and portfolio management.
• Vendor Strategy and Management: oversee vendor strategy, selection, performance, and partnerships for AI, data, analytics, and related platforms.
• Talent Leadership: build and lead a high-performing team across AI, data, and analytics functions, fostering accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
