Job summary

You will drive modernization, establish scalable, secure platforms, and build data-driven capabilities to enable organizational growth and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred and 10+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise platforms, engineering teams, digital transformation initiatives, or technology operations.
• Demonstrated success in modernizing business systems and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise platform strategy across programs, business development, operations, and people functions.
• Lead software engineering, architecture, and DevOps practices; establish modern engineering approaches.
• Establish data as a strategic asset with governance, architecture, and analytics capability.
• Build repeatable processes to move solutions from concept to production and sustained operation.
• Partner with leaders to redesign workflows and drive AI-enabled transformation.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, platforms, data, and operations.
