Qualifications

• Ten+ years in IT executive leadership (CIO/CTO or equivalent).
• Experience guiding transformation in complex organizations.
• Proven ability to link technology to mission and growth.
• Strong governance, security, and vendor-management skills.
• Excellent communication and change-management capabilities.
• Strong project management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational assessment of systems, infrastructure, staffing, vendor ecosystem, and service delivery.
• Define a multi-year roadmap for technology and data transformation aligned with mission and growth.
• Establish governance, policy, security, and performance metrics for IT and data.
• Oversee vendor management, procurement, and insourcing vs outsourcing decisions.
• Lead and develop the Technology department, including talent recruitment and upskilling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations.
