Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership with increasing executive responsibility.
• Proven enterprise technology strategy and digital transformation experience.
• Expertise in AI, cloud modernization, cybersecurity, and organizational change.
• Experience with CRM, systems integration, data governance, analytics, and digital platforms.
• Nonprofit/mission-driven sector experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the organization's technology vision and digital transformation.
• Lead enterprise applications, data, and business systems strategy and governance.
• Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital experiences.
