Job summary

Veho is seeking a Head of Central Operations to lead the central ops function for its nationwide ground operations network. You will define the operating model, implement performance management, and build analytics infrastructure to enable field leaders to make faster, better decisions.

You will own CI initiatives, standardize SOPs, and partner with product to translate field feedback into product improvements. This role requires a builder mindset and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations, central/centre-of-excellence experience.
• Proven track record building performance mgmt systems and analytics infra.
• Background in logistics, fulfillment, last-mile delivery.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives across ops, product, and finance.
• Strong AI/building capabilities for tooling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define KPI framework for ground operations and targets.
• Lead daily standups, weekly OTD reviews, and monthly network health reviews.
• Build reporting infrastructure that feeds the cadence; ensure reliability.
• Define SOPs and staffing standards for markets and 3PLs; drive adoption.
• Develop analytics capability and data infrastructure for field decisions.
• Own CI program with measurable outcomes and clear ownership.
• Serve as liaison between ground ops and product; translate field pain into input.
• Lead planning for new market launches and expansions.
