Job summary

Veho is seeking a Head of Central Operations to scale and optimize its ground operations. You will build the operating model, KPI framework, and analytics stack that gives field leaders fast, data-driven decision support across markets and 3PL partners.

The role demands a builders mindset, deep analytical capability, and the ability to align product, ops, and finance in a fast-growing logistics network. Equity and growth opportunities accompany the role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operations, strategy & operations, or business operations, with central or center-of-excellence experience.
• Proven ability to build performance management systems, operating cadences, or standards for a distributed network.
• Experience owning analytics infrastructure and building scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define the operating model for Veho's ground operations and set performance standards across markets and 3PLs.
• Build and own the KPI framework, reporting cadence, and real-time visibility for leadership.
• Lead the development of analytics infrastructure and forecasting for labor and operations.
• Own continuous improvement initiatives with clear owners, timelines, and outcomes.
• Coordinate product and operations to ensure readiness for launches and expansions.
