Job summary

Veho is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead a warehouse facility in the Philadelphia area. You will oversee sort and driver launch operations, coaching supervisors and associates to hit KPIs and OKRs, while managing P&L and safety compliance.

You will build a high-performing team, drive process improvements with data, and partner with Client Operations to exceed client expectations as their last-mile partner. This role emphasizes Veho's values and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years in warehouse operations management
• Minimum of 2 years leading a team of direct and indirect reports
• 3+ years of experience in warehousing, inventory, or logistics
• Ability to manage staff, responsibilities, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Intermediate analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets
• Able to stand and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and evenings

Responsibilities

• Build a high-performing team of supervisors and associates to deliver quality, speed, and service
• Coach, train, and guide supervisors and associates for career progression
• Use data to identify and implement process improvements
• Deliver high customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and safety
• Maintain strategic relationships within Market, Region, and Central Operations teams
• Partner with Client Operations to exceed client expectations as last-mile partner
• Champion OSHA compliance and track incidents
• Lead through Veho's Values
• Hire, retain, coach, and develop operation employees
• Lead efforts to improve efficiencies and scalability (e.g., automated sortation) and manage market complexity
