Job summary

Garaginization is seeking a VP of Operations to manage everything from signed orders to finished installations for custom garages in Farmers Branch, TX. You will own installation, field service, supply chain, scheduling, and quality, and you will build scalable systems for growth while preserving craftsmanship.

Reporting to the Owner, this leadership role oversees a multi-market operation, builds teams, and uses dashboards and CRM integrations to drive on-time, high-quality results while

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operations with 5+ years in senior leadership over field teams.
• Experience in home improvement, home services, construction, or multi-crew field business.
• Proven ability to scale operations across multi-market expansion.
• Capacities planning, inventory, and vendor negotiation expertise.
• Full P&L ownership with measurable margin, lead time, and quality results.
• Data-driven leadership and comfort with field service management software.
• Leadership earns respect from field crews and office teams.
• Bachelor's degree in business or operations or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and field operations, setting safety, workmanship, and customer experience standards.
• Own scheduling and capacity to shorten lead times and meet promised dates.
• Run supply chain and inventory, managing vendors, warehousing, and fleet.
• Drive quality and customer satisfaction, track first-time-right installs and warranty fixes.
• Manage operations P&L, labor, materials, and budgets with the owner.
• Build the team and implement systems for real-time visibility.
