Job summary

Overhead Door Corporation is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead end-to-end execution of large-scale commercial product installations across multiple regions. You will own the full P&L, drive operational efficiency, and influence strategy with executive leadership.

You will build and scale high-performing teams, optimize processes, and partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure flawless delivery and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operational leadership experience in commercial installations, product deployment, or field services.
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-site installation programs with strict timelines and budgets.
• Experience owning and improving a full P&L.
• Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills.
• Exceptional people leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale commercial product installations across multiple regions.
• Oversee project management, field/site execution strategy, resource planning, and cross-functional coordination.
• Own full P&L for the installation business, driving margin optimization and financial performance.
• Develop capacity planning, workforce allocation, and scheduling strategies to meet timelines.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing operations and PM team; establish KPIs and accountability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution.
