Access Garage Door & More is seeking an Operations Manager for our Chattanooga headquarters to lead logistics and fleet field operations. This role demands intense accountability, high energy leadership, and the ability to drive rapid operational improvements across residential, commercial, industrial, and government projects.

You will manage day-to-day workflows, oversee financial performance metrics including P&L, and enforce rigorous standards while mentoring a growing team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience managing operational workflows and personnel.
• Experience handling P&L oversight and accounts receivable tasks.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong background in customer relations, leadership, and enforcing procedures in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM software.

• Oversee and streamline day-to-day operational workflows and field logistics schedules.
• Manage high-level financial performance metrics, including P&L and AR duties.
