Job summary

Tip Top Garage Doors, LLC. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a driven General Manager to lead our service and installation teams.

This hands-on leadership role oversees daily operations, field performance, scheduling, inventory, safety, and profitability, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and strong financial results. You will manage dispatch, scheduling, technician performance, inventory and fleet maintenance, and partner with Sales to drive revenue and margin.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing teams and operations.
• Strong financial and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with budgeting and P&L oversight is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead service & installation operations
• Manage dispatch, scheduling, and technician performance
