Getz Fire Equipment Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership. You will guide Service Managers, set expectations, and drive efficiency and profitability across the organization while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role is primarily office-based with travel to branches and job sites. A strong background in service operations and budgeting is required for success.

• 10+ years of progressive operations or business management experience.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop the Service Managers and assigned staff, with clear goals and accountability.
• Oversee scheduling, execution, documentation, and prompt billing of service work.
• Own operational financial performance including labor efficiency and profitability.
• Build annual operating budgets with CEO and accounting.
• Establish operational metrics and report to the CEO.
• Serve on the executive leadership team and shape strategy.
