Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fire protection industry and how a full-service company operates.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage multiple departments.
• Experience developing, implementing and improving processes and procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with General Manager to oversee and improve overall company operations.
• Collaborate with department managers to establish policies, workflows and accountability.
• Ensure departments meet monthly revenue goals and optimize performance.
• Monitor performance, identify issues and implement solutions to improve productivity.
• Leverage fire protection industry knowledge to improve processes and operational decisions.
• Understand how sales, estimating, scheduling, service, inspections, projects, billing, and follow-up interrelate.
