W.S. Darley & Co. seeks a Vice President for the Fire Equipment Division to provide strategic leadership, drive sales, and oversee full P&L.

This role will guide the division’s growth, align with enterprise goals, and build a high-performance team across sales, operations and vendor relations. The incumbent will partner with the CEO and ELT to set priorities, steer market strategy, and scale capabilities while maintaining a culture of innovation and accountability.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive experience in the fire service industry, industrial sales, or related industries, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
• Active or retired firefighting experience is highly preferred
• Proven track record of success in managing large sales territories and meeting or exceeding multimillion dollar quotas

Mansioni

• Lead the development and execution of the Fire Equipment strategy and market strategy, ensuring it aligns with enterprise-wide goals.
• Own and manage the full P&L for the Fire Equipment Division, delivering strong financial performance through disciplined planning and resource allocation.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent; build bench strength and succession planning; ensure fair, data-driven performance and compensation plans.
• Plan and architect the Division’s go-to-market strategy aligned with company objectives.
