Servpro Industries, Inc. seeks a dynamic Vice President of Operations to lead our day-to-day operations across mitigation, construction, administration, finance, and sales. You will ensure process discipline, drive profitability, and guide a high-performing team through rapid growth.

The VPO role requires exceptional adaptability, strategic leadership, and a track record of execution in disaster response and community recovery services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of management experience.
• Ownership of operational functions and accountability for business performance, delivery and profitability.
• Ability to think critically and resolve complex situations.
• Track record of leadership and proven growth.

Responsibilities

• Mitigation/Construction: oversee daily activities of mitigation and construction.
• Ensure operating procedures are followed and communication occurs.
• Address concerns and weaknesses, such as employee issues and revenue opportunities.
• Perform site visits to ensure quality and standards meet expectations.
• Review and analyze reports to identify areas of improvement.
• Fully understand progress of large jobs, costs incurred, and ensure completion dates are met.
• Maintain awareness of estimating turnaround and accuracy.
• Administration: manage workflow and scheduling of mitigation and construction activities.
• Finance/Sales: manage overhead and labor costs; assist sales and review financials.
