Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as the execution backbone for WTF, supporting founders and driving rapid company-building across multiple ventures. You will manage GTM, market sizing, and cross-functional coordination to accelerate growth and reduce friction.

You will split time between hands-on project work and operational improvements, ensuring cadence, metrics, and learnings are captured to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience as founder, GTM, growth, operations or engineering in a tech company/eco-system.
• You build and ship autonomously, with a bias for action and delivery.
• You operate across early-stage startup life cycles, from discovery to scaling.

Responsibilities

• Own GTM for each company: positioning, first customers, pricing, experiments and trackers.
• Lead weekly cadences: kickoff, product meetings, end-of-week recaps, decisions tracked.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Talent, and Comms to pull in resources.
• Improve the studio’s tooling and playbooks to scale operations.
