Job summary

GhostEye is seeking a strategic Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO on high-impact priorities across go-to-market, operations, fundraising, and hiring. You’ll own critical initiatives, drive decisions to completion, and shape how GhostEye is built with broad exposure and accountability.

This high-autonomy role requires strong judgment, exceptional communication, and the ability to move quickly in a fast-paced cybersecurity startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate the CEO's priorities into clear, actionable plans with owners and deadlines.
• Build and optimize GhostEye’s go-to-market engine via research, pipeline mgmt, and planning.
• Run operating cadence: goals, leadership meetings, decisions, follow-through.
• Prepare board materials, investor updates, and fundraising collateral.
• Drive recruiting and onboarding for key hires from role definition to onboarding.
