Job summary

Syntro is hiring a Chief of Staff to act as a force multiplier for the founders, owning GTM, operations, and strategy. You will tackle high-leverage problems directly with the CEO, switching between strategic and tactical work in the same day.

In this role you’ll drive pipeline initiatives, translate field feedback into product decisions, and manage internal operations with clearly assigned owners, supporting rapid company growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-growth tech environments or startups.
• Proven ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience partnering with executives on GTM, operations, and strategy.
• Ability to move quickly and own initiatives end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Build and close pipeline: establish top-of-funnel across conferences, outbound, referrals, and partnerships.
• Turn field signals into product and business decisions to guide roadmap.
• Lead internal operations and prep critical partner/investor conversations.
