Job summary

Eventual is seeking a Chief of Staff to drive the operating cadence and coordinate initiatives across GTM, operations, and legal. You will translate strategy into structured plans, align teams, and ensure hires and processes scale with growth.

In this generalist role, you will own planning, metrics, and materials for boards and investors, while navigating contracts, vendor relations, and stakeholder communications with a bias for action and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of high-ownership work in operations, strategy, or startup roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating cadence end-to-end: planning, goals, metrics, investor materials.
• Lead customer, partner, and internal conversations to outcomes rather than summaries.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives (sales/marketing) as needed and build scalable processes.
• Manage contracts and legal reviews with internal and external teams to keep product teams focused.
