Job summary

Tulip Interfaces, a front-runner in frontline operations, seeks a Chief of Staff to design and scale strategic operating rhythms and drive cross-functional programs. You will partner with executive leadership to implement rigorous processes, inform decisions with analytics, and ensure alignment across GTM, R&D, and G&A.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, process design, and a strong partnership with the CEO and leadership team, including time on strategic events and board-level

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in business operations, operational excellence, program management, strategy and planning, Chief of Staff, or business process optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to build, scale and continuously improve core business processes across functions.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and implementing change management in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company's annual and quarterly planning cycles with Finance and functional leaders, ensuring accountability across all teams.
• Design and manage frameworks to align cross-functional priorities, resources, and outcomes.
• Manage company-wide communication rhythms, leadership meetings, and executive presentations.
• Drive business process design and improvement; automate workflows with Systems and Analytics teams and establish SOPs.
