Journal Technologies seeks a Head of the Supervision Business Unit to provide strategic leadership and accountable execution across Sales, Product, Professional Services, Support, and Customer Engagement. You will guide the BU to grow revenue, improve customer outcomes, and align solutions with evolving needs in probation, parole, and pretrial markets.

• Develop and execute BU strategy with CEO alignment.
• Lead Product, Customer Lifecycle, and Customer Growth teams to BU objectives.
• Drive process improvements and product-led implementations for scale.
• Influence product strategy based on customer needs and market trends.
• Build executive relationships with strategic accounts and partners.
