Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (Business, Engineering, Construction Management).
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in construction equipment, construction technology, heavy equipment distribution, or related industry.
• Proven success leading business growth, organizational development, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, profitability, and overall business performance.
• Ability to build and develop teams, lead organizational change, and establish accountability across functions.
• Excellent executive communication, strategic planning, decision-making, and relationship management.
• Ability to translate complex technology solutions into clear customer value propositions and measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of construction equipment applications, customer operations, and technology-enabled productivity improvements.

Responsibilities
