Kimmel & Associates is seeking a Vice President of Construction Technology to lead strategy, growth, and operational performance for its construction technology business within a dealership environment. The role collaborates with executive leadership across sales, rental, product support, and services to drive measurable value for customers and the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in construction equipment, construction technology, or related industries.
• Proven ability to grow the business, develop teams, and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting and profitability management.
• Excellent executive communication, strategic planning, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to translate complex technology into clear customer value and measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with construction equipment applications and productivity improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive construction technology strategy aligned with dealership goals.
• Drive technology revenue and profitability across sales, rental, aftermarket, and services.
• Lead go-to-market plans for machine control, fleet management, and connected equipment.
• Build and lead a scalable technology organization spanning sales, support, and field operations.
• Improve customer adoption through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
• Establish KPIs and reporting to track financial and usage performance.
