Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline plus 12+ years of progressive leadership experience.
- Experience leading multi-team engineering organizations in regulated environments.
- Deep knowledge of contact center tech, including routing, telephony, agent desktop, QA, analytics.
Responsibilities
- Own strategic roadmap across customer engagement, seller enablement, CRM, analytics, and AI.
- Lead modernization of the Amazon Connect platform and ensure high service quality.
- Own Salesforce platform roadmap and seller tech portfolio for sales effectiveness.
- Unify governance across multiple stakeholder groups to deliver a consistent customer journey.
- Lead, coach, and develop Engineering Managers and technical leaders with a focus on ownership and delivery excellence.
