Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking a Senior Manager in the Wealth Services team to shape the client engagement experience with strong commercial judgment and a client-centered approach.

This leader will manage a team of associates and serve as the primary representative for an assigned book of business, while helping design and test new engagement methods. The Wealth Services Senior Manager will lead associates across advice, sales, and service, balancing day-to-day leadership with long-term strategy,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years of management experience.
• FINRA Series 7, Series 24, and Series 66 are required and will be supported for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and deliver strong client outcomes for an assigned book of business.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of advisors, sales associates, and service associates to meet client needs.
• Oversee daily team operations, including call activity, scheduling, and service execution with quality control.
• Oversee client engagement initiatives, including virtual education events and outreach campaigns.
• Maintain oversight of operational risk, complaint resolution, and regulatory requirements.
