Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience serving as a Product Owner or Product Manager for enterprise technology solutions and platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled, digital, or data-driven products in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Ability to translate strategic business priorities into technical product roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Strong understanding of Agile product management principles and software delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, influence, and collaboration skills across business and technology organizations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and long-term evolution for assigned GSET capabilities.
• Translate strategic objectives into outcome-driven product roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Lead discovery to identify opportunities, AI use cases, and future capability enhancements.
• Develop business cases and investment recommendations that articulate value and adoption.
• Guide products throughout their lifecycle from concept through launch, adoption, and optimization.
• Mentor Product Owners and contribute to governance and operating model improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, Marketing, Investments, Technology, AI, UX, and Data teams.
