T. Rowe Price seeks a Senior Client Account Services Manager to oversee the end-to-end service experience for institutional and sub-advised clients. You will handle highly complex operational issues, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and lead enhancements to client operations.

The role emphasizes client satisfaction and timely responses. This position is regionally focused with potential cross-region projects; a hybrid work model is offered, including up to one day from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 8+ years of total relevant work experience.
• FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
• Work flexiblity: hybrid work, up to one day from home.

Responsibilities

• Research best practices and competitive practices to develop recommendations for changes to client operations processes.
• Support ongoing investment operational needs of complex clients, identify data trends, and analyze operational needs.
• Communicate regularly with complex clients and their service providers to deliver high-quality services; monitor risk.
• Lead process changes to client operations to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal/external contacts to improve business processes and client service levels.
• Demonstrate specialized knowledge and expertise in the job discipline and related areas.
