Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking a Client Experience Analyst to support the PCS Advisor digital experience and internal PCS team workflow. You will analyze data, define requirements, and collaborate with partners to deliver end-to-end improvements across touchpoints.

In this role, you will work with product owners, analysts, developers, and designers in an Agile environment to translate business goals into actionable solutions, driving better client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in product management or digital roles.
• Experience in product management, digital experience management or related field.
• Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, agentic workflows and AI-enabled business models.
• Proficiency with JIRA and SQL for project and data tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a product owner for assigned digital products and initiatives.
• Work with an agile team through lifecycle from requirements to post-launch.
• Coordinate with marketing, technology, and design to deliver solutions.
• Use data, analytics, and user research to identify opportunities.
• Plan release schedules and operational changes.
