Job summary

T. Rowe Price, based in Maryland, is seeking a Client Experience Analyst to support the PCS Advisor digital experience and the PCS team workflow.

The role partners with product owners, analysts, developers and designers in an Agile environment to deliver client-centric solutions across touchpoints. You will analyze data and processes, define requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business results while ensuring a consistent client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Professional experience in product management or digital experience.
• Understanding of generative AI and AI-enabled business models.
• 2+ years of total relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as product owner for assigned digital products and initiatives; identify business needs, define requirements and prioritize enhancements.
• Collaborate with an agile development team through requirements gathering, user stories, backlog prioritization, testing, deployment and post-launch support.
• Provide cross-functional support with marketing, technology, and design teams.
• Utilize data, analytics and AI capabilities to identify opportunities and recommend enhancements that support business objectives.
• Plan with team members for strategic release schedules and operational changes from releases.
• Research dependencies, gaps, and issues; document data collection and coordinate resources to complete projects.
• Support initiatives that help meet KPIs, efficiencies, or compliance projects.
