Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a VP of Call & Clinical Operations to lead one of two core operational verticals, directing a 24/7 workforce of 450+ care agents and licensed professionals.

The role focuses on scalable infrastructure, balancing cost, quality, and SLAs, while ensuring compassionate, compliant patient engagement across legacy Truepill and Alto entities. The executive will partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, and Finance to align launches with execution readiness, while driving

Qualifications

• Executive leadership of 10+ years in large-scale clinical call centers or pharmacy operations.
• Experience managing remote/hybrid multi-site teams (400+ FTEs) in 24/7 environments.
• Pharmacy background with licensure (RPh) in at least one state, willingness to obtain additional licenses.
• Strong process engineering, quality systems, and scaling expertise.
• Experience with regulatory authorities (State Boards of Pharmacy, DEA).
• Proven ability to lead through organizational change and drive governance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the Clinical Call and Clinical Operations vertical across legacy TruePill and Alto, unified 450+ agents with 24/7 coverage.
• Drive operational maturity, compassionate and compliant patient engagement, and strategic initiatives.
• Direct staffing and capacity strategies for 450+ agents and licensed professionals to balance cost, service, quality, and growth.
• Ensure high-quality, standardized performance across a large work-from-home team and modernize SOPs.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and interactions with State Boards of Pharmacy and DEA.
• Lead continuous improvement to boost productivity and efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, HR, Finance, and senior leaders to align launches with readiness.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
