The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) seeks a Chief Learning Officer for a full-time role in Washington, DC. You will lead the learning and development strategy, drive re-skilling and up-skilling with a focus on technical skills and emerging technologies, including AI, and shape PCAOB Elevate programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related field.
• 15+ years of experience leading and developing adult learning solutions.
• Experience with AI literacy, AI-driven analytics, and learning ecosystems.
• Ability to partner with executives and manage enterprise-wide programs.

Responsibilities

• Design organizational-wide curriculum frameworks and learning paths.
• Lead reskilling/upskilling initiatives focusing on technical skills and AI.
• Develop scalable trainings using various delivery methods and on-the-job tools.
• Manage learning strategy, budget, and analytics to measure impact.
• Oversee Workday learning platform administration and vendor relations.
