Job summary

The Association of International Certified Professional Accountants is seeking a Director of Learning Content Development and Content Operations to lead the creation and governance of scalable learning and assessment content. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education or psychology.
• 8+ years of experience leading learning design teams.
• Design thinking experience learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Learning Content Development team with coaching, performance management, capacity planning and prioritization.
• Partner with Learning Product Management to translate portfolio strategy into executable content development plans.
• Oversee development and continuous improvement of learning and assessment content to meet scope, quality, timing, cost, compliance, and delivery requirements.
• Establish and manage content development standards, editorial practices, technical writing expectations, and documentation protocols and governance.
• Ensure learning and assessment content is accurate, current, commercially viable, learner ready, and aligns with credential pathways, certificates and badges.
• Collaborate with Learning Product Management, Project Management, SMEs, Technical Publications, Operations, Commercial, CaPs, and other partners to resolve delivery dependencies and risks.
• Promote scalable, AI-enabled content development practices and continuous improvement in content operations.
• Champion blended learning experiences that are high quality, personalized, and support new business models across modalities.
• Partner with Learning Design to improve the learner experience strategy.
